Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Malty aroma with caramel, herbal-ish hops, liquorice root, slight hint of fruits, and more herbal notes. Nicely bitter flavour with some sweetness. Body is medium. Mostly herbal, curious beer, hoppy Brown Ale?

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, thanks! A clear dark orange brown beer with a huge most good lasting beige head. Aroma of dark caramelish malt, nuts, bitter citrusy hops. Taste of intense bitter citrusy hops, earthy, caramel, nuts, some coffee, long bitter finish.

Bottle at home thanks to Bierkoning! Bit hazy brown with dark beige head. There’s some deep roasted nuts, old school instant coffee, that fake coffee substitute roasted roots stuff, caramel, cola, some dank hops. Medium sweet and over medium bitter. Medium bodied. More like a brown ale sort of beer. Not sure why you’d want to make this when the idea is to make the hops shine. It’s not bad by any means though.
