We present to you our Christmas Saison – specially brewed once a year for your holiday enjoyment. What gives this ale its characteristic fruity and spicy flavor is a special type of Belgian Saison yeast fermenting at an extremely high temperature close to 30 °C. It is crafted with traditional Christmas ingredients to help you relax, warm up and enjoy time spent with loved ones. Its flavor may remind you of bishops bread or ginger bread cookie, and not by accident. In the production, we gradually added sundried raisins, figs, fresh ginger, fragrant orange peel and honey. We even mixed a dozen vianočka (traditional Slovak braided pastry) into our mash. The result is a very strong, aromatic beer with festive accents. For a softer, rounder character, we recommend aging your own bottle. Can you wait until next Christmas?
