Tap at Brothers Beer. Clear pale straw with small white head. Sour apples, Granny Smith apples, soft lemon, light mineral and watery, soft mint. Medium sour, light sweet and very light bitter. Over light bodied. Works surprisingly well.

Draft at the source. Clear pale yellow color, small white edge head, steady bubbles. Aroma of tart apple skins and citrus. Taste is semi sweet apple flesh and applesauce. Easy drinking.
