75 cl bottle. Pours hazy red, small head. Aroma is sour raspberries. Solid sour to citric. Vague acetone. Raspberry intense. Lingering solid raspberry fruity. Juicy. Spur and dry finish.

On tap at Mikkeller Södermalm. Hazy red with no head. Very sour with raspberries, some oak and hints of vinegar. No carbonation.

[ As Mikkeller Baghaven Rubus of Rose (Blend 3) ].
ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy raspberry, funk, barnyard, yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, raspberry, tart, wheat, barrel, wood, funky, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Draught @ Konepaja Biergarten Importer Fest, Helsinki. Intensely sour and funky with some raspberries, stuffy notes and oaky earthiness. Okay.

10cl taster from tap @ Mikkeller Bar Helsinki. Poured dark, intense red in color. Vinegary feel with acidity, red berries, raspberries and mild funkyness. Tart and quite complex. Lovely.

750 ml bottle. Cloudy red, no head. Oak barrel notes, sour raspberries, sour cherries, arctic cranberries, jammy notes, red currant, tannins, funk, lime, cabbage juice, lactic acid, balsamic vinegar, dry red wine. Acidic fruity sourness. Full bodied, oily texture, low to almost no carbonation, dry fruity acidic sour finish. Brilliant framboise wild ale, really tart, complex and lovely.

This should be aliased. Pours reddish pink with a white head. Juicy raspberries all over. A touch of wood and barnyard. Dry with the fruit lingering. Lovely.
