Very thick, resistant pale pink head over hazy red-terracotta beer, lively carbonated. Raspberry², intense and delicate. Something vaguely marine as seaweed. All delicate but quite present. Superb taste with raspberry, cinnamon, pipe tobacco, hint of tonka beans, cherrystones, lactic acid. Light acidburn and - thinning, very well carbonated, bit (fruit)slick. Absolute top.

Bottled 13.12.2019. redish murky color, medium big white head. smells sour cherries, cherry pits, jammy, raspberries, some funk, light tannins, bit glueish. nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of cherries, cherry pits, earthy, grassy, some raspberries, lactic. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of raspberries, some cherries and grassy notes. not the juiciest hommage, gets better when warm, raspberries a bit too dominant for me, overall still very nice one.
