Backlog. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some slight spiciness with mild funk and some slight herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is citrus, some spiciness, mild funk and some herbal and earthy tones with also quite evident wooden elements. Nice Saison with a nice "wooden twist".

Bottle, small bubbly head, light hazy yellow colour, lots of vinous notes, apple, rust, roots, hints of acetone and spiciness, lightish bitterness, just a whiff of sweetness, but overly quite dry. Nice and interesting.

Bottle from Crafty Bottle, Lincoln. Lightly hazed golden beer with a thin head. Citrus fruity and herby. Crisp tart taste. Medium body.
