10% ABV, 2% Acidity. Hazy amber-brown beer, very light foam and natural carbonation (depends on aging). Woody notes of raspberries, anise and licorice. Medium bodied with a clean palate. Decent sourness. Dry and woody aftertaste with long notes of red fruits and cocoa. An elegant meditation or dessert beer.
