Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dalla castagna. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di caramello, miele, un accenno di resinoso, castagna e marron glacé.

Small, off-white head over clear copper beer. Smoked nose, smoked food (not necessarily chestnuts), tarr. Light smoked beer with a bitter almond finish. Faint sourishness, difficult to pinpoint. Very light MF, certainly for its ABV. Soft carbonation. I like smoked beers, and as some very good Italian examples prove, roasted chestnuts can give very tasty beer - but this one turns out to be a bit light. Not bad, but beefing it up a little would do no harm at all! Txs to Joren for bringing!
