Intensa ma gentile al palato, affinata in botti di Bourbon si presenta di un bel colore rubino con un carattere liquoroso. La sua grande complessità sprigiona nel bicchiere un’alternanza di aromi come la vaniglia e la frutta matura con delicate note di legno di quercia.

2019 vintage. 250mL bottle, pours a rusted dark reddish brown, a few bubbles head. Aroma is full of oxidation, butterscotch, and bready caramel. Flavour is very yeasty and muddled, with a bunch of earthy yeastiness, alcohol, and poorly calibrated malts. Chaotic and just not put together well.

250mL bottle. Pours murky brown with not much head. Bready malts on the nose. Flavour has stale bread, crusts, a touch bourbon barrels. This is very messy, I'm not sure what's wrong with it per se, but it's just really not very well done.
