Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.

Fra cask på The Globe Moorgate: klar kobbergylden med fint skum som varer. Brød, urter, gress og furunål. Tørr, bitter og noe endimensjonal.

Copper with a tan head. A bit fruity, toasted malts, bright citrus. Medium bodied. Finish has a snap and lightly dry. Not bad.

Color miel claro, ligero velo, espuma blanca de buena retención. Aroma a malta con notas terrosas y un puntito de caramelo. Maltosa en boca, cierto deje herbal, algo amaderado y caramelo. Claramente Inglesa, trago rico y fácil disfrute.

Old rating - This time from a mini keg although I've had it in the bottle at home a few years back. Kegs were pretty poor way to store the ale compared to bottle conditioned.

Bottle at Kessingland chippy. Brewver says I've had both batches of this, but i still haven't had this? I don't understand. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a decent fine white head. Aroma is nice resinous pine hop, toffee, sticky hop. Palate is semi sweet, resin, chewy, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of, caramel, brown sugars, resin, varnish, sticky hop, not bad.

440ml can. Pours a clear orange amber with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of bready caramel malt, grapefruit, cantaloupe and floral hops. Sweet flavour of spicy rye malt, orange peel, peach and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Crushable.

A pretty decent English ale. Biscuit malt, pleasant floral & herbal hop. On the hoppy side.

0,5 l bottle. Pours almost clear amber with medium, quickly dissipating off white head. Aroma of decent malt base, some biscuits, citruses and pine hop notes. Taste is medium sweet and bitter. Finish is bittersweet with more pronounced biter aftertaste. Not superb, but decent and reasonably balanced.
