Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours.

Smell- weak, maybe malt, maybe fish. Foam-thin, weak malt, faint roast. Head is small, white color. Sticks a bit. Appearance- brewer bottle cap, I like label and wording on it, hauntingly good beer :) guess we will see. Clear orange-amber, no carbonation. From- snifter Taste - weak hops, weak malt, bit more hops and bitterness, some odd aftertaste, both dry and pulling quite roasty and bitter. Dont know... this is not for me, meh.

Pours a deep gold / pale amber with a frothy white head, and a malty aroma with a hint of citrus. The taste is more citrusy than the nose, with the biscuit malt backbone clearly evident, and a very smooth, slightly carbonated mouthfeel, leaving some citrus bitterness in the finish
