A beer brewed to sum up everything that we are about here at Two Rivers Ale. Saisons are in fact the meaning of life. A gorgeous tan brown beer, transparent with lacey white head. When your nose meets the glass, you're hit with a blend of a stein of German Hefeweizen and a glass of fruity Pinot noir. The palate come through with the classic Saison phenol profile of pepper and cloves on top of a dryness that is balanced with a bitterness, which is rained in at only 25 IBUs from Columbus and Cascade. Notes of caramel and chocolate from the grain bill poke their head through and make the flavour profile much deeper. Hitting the scale at an ABV of 6.2%, this brew is sessionable, but it's worth it. All in all, a well-rounded no frills Saison just as God intended.
