Dear world. Let us introduce you to MOON, a new 6% India Pale Ale. We’ve brewed this beer with bag loads of Idaho 7, Citra and Bru 1, with a portion of the hops added mid fermentation. It’s chock full of boozy overripe flavours of peach, pineapple and nectarine and has a distinctly sweet aroma that reminds us of cherries, jasmine and heather honey.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of pineapple, juicy mango and pine. Flavour of tangerine, white grape and apricot with a bitter finish. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Beak are fast becoming one of my favourite breweries. This IPA is the best of theirs I’ve tried to date, and there have been a few gems.

Can from Suds and Soda. Hazy pale yellow golden colour with a white head. Aroma tropical juicy, and crisp and light bitter, Fresh and dry to finish.
