Brygget med lidt mere af alt det gode. Derfor en god og fyldig guldøl med karakteristisk pilsnerølssmag og afrundet humlekarakter.

Bottle, 33cl. It pours a quite pale, golden body, clear as glass, with a medium-sized white head. Quite pleasant aroma with hops playing a major part, but they also found room for pale malt. Fruityness and a peppery touch from the hops. It’s quite full-bodied, almost sticky, with flavors of malty sweetness, some alcohol, and peppery hops with some fruit and pine. Medium lenght finish. Quite decent for a Euro strong lager, a bit sweet to be refreshing, but clean and quite flavorful. (080523)

(33cl bottle, courtesy of Hildigöltur & Dixen) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Sweet bready and lightly grainy malt aroma with marzipan and traces of honey. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Solid bready malty and subtle fruity taste with a alcohol presence; sweetish and slightly tart malty finish with shy notes of herbal hops. Drinkable but not much more.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow to orange with a white head. Grassy, slight hay and bitterhops aroma. Flavour is a nice balance between slight sweet malt and a good portion of bitterness all wrapped in saaz hops. Good bitterness in the finish. Nice.

330ml bottle on a lovely early afternoon at the chill-out Plan B in Copenhagen. Clear amber body. Low-level head. Mild malty aroma with a brush of citrus. Grassy and bready taste added a touch of tartness. Medium bodied. Alright for the style (02.08.2007).
