Brygget med lidt mere af alt det gode. Derfor en god og fyldig guldøl med karakteristisk pilsnerølssmag og afrundet humlekarakter.

Bottle from deep in ChrisOs cellar, consumed at his Pre-GBBF Shindig 2015. It pours clear deep gold with a small white head. The nose is earth, toasted grain, quite sweet, paper, tinned nectarine and peach. The taste is sweet, bready malt, orange muffin, quite sticky, light oxidisation and earth with a dry, sweetish finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Even though it’s aged it doesn’t taste too bad at all.

Pre GBBF tasting at Chris and Ruth’s. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, trace of creamy sweetness. Tired dried fruits and a trace of jammy fruits. Light finish. Really not bad for it’s age.

A couple of 70 cl. bottles shared during a BBQ. Clear, golden colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, hay, grasses and a herbal hops bitterness. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly dry and fruity with hay and pale malts. Worked fine with the food, perhaps a little bit boring on it’s own.
