Bang!

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brett and straw, leading to a dry finish.

On tap at Haand Festival. A small, off-white head sits on top of an unclear golden-orange body. The aroma is sure influenced by the brett, more or less overtaken actually, with some horseblanket, lemon and leather notes, and a good dash of grapefruit. It’s quite bitter on the palate, medium to full-bodied and dry, with a nice carbonation. Funky flavor with grapefruit, horseblanket, leather and lemon. Lasting bitter and brett-ed finish. A quenching and quite lovely beer. 160527
