Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - deep amber to copper with a nicely proportioned cream head. Nose - toffee and Hobnob biscuit. Taste - caramel, shortbread, flapjacks and burnt toffee. Palate - close to medium bodied. I'd like more biscuit bitterness on the finish. Overall - decent.
