We took huge amounts two of our favourite punchy tropical fruits and combined them in this modern fruited Gose. The Passionfruit hits you on the nose at first making way to pithy sangria like hit of blood orange and continues with the same on the palate, leading to a robust tartness from the souring process combined with the fruit acidity. All this is then rounded off with a subtle salinity that leaves you wanting more.
