We brewed a saison with our friends from Ely - Three Blind Mice - and then blended it with our house culture of wild yeasts and microbes for two months in stainless steel. We then blended onto Norfolk Rhubarb at 200 g/l and conditioned for a further month.

9/12/2023. Bottle from Yupp.BEER. Shared at EBGPQF. Pours clear golden orange with a small frothy white head. Aroma is subtle rhubarb, citrus, herb, yeast, vanilla. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness with drying tartness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Surprisingly lacking much in the way of rhubarb.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Light hazed deep golden colour with a slight head. Aroma fruity tart. Taste sour with dry hints. Light body.
