Extra Pale Ale malt provides the base, with a trio of wheats (Malted, Torrified and Toasted) added for body, along with Carapils and Munich Type 1. Enigma hops added in the whirlpool. Citra, Enigma and Mosaic in the cool pool. Dry hopped with Azacca, Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Fermented with a blend of American and English Ale yeast strains. Brewed in collaboration with Ise Kadoya Brewery

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8

Hazy pale blond appearance with soapy head. It's fairly light but has some subtle toasted grains and some slightly tangy citrus notes.

Can from Mother Kelly’s. Hazy pale yellow golden with a white head. Aroma wheat grainy and citrus. Taste slightly sharp. Sweetish then dry. Slightly oily body.

Keg at mother Kelly's, vauxhall. A mostly clear golden yellow straw coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is plastic, grassy dank hop,, spicy, grassy hop, low malt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, bready grains, lemon rind, spicy wheat lemon rind, mellow dank, tangerine. Palate is semi sweet, semi dry finish, moderate carbonation. Decent.
