Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, un accenno di resinoso e agrumi.

Bottle from Yupp. Clear amber body with a medium beige head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee and dirt. Flavour of sweet red apple and earth. Thin to medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. A bit rough around the edges but a decent example of the style.

Bottle from Yupp beer. Hazy deep amber colour with a thin head. Malty toffee, and dried fruity aroma. Light sweet taste. Slightly thin body.
