Very well done sour. Clean, not kettled, just done right. Neutral but a great crispness. Tap milano

Keg at Moor, Bermondsey. Light vinous aroma. Hazy amber. No head. Vinous. Sour but flat. Elderflower for sure. Thin-medium bodied. Slick. Abrupt finish. Very sessionable sour.

Keg at the Moor Vaults London. A light golden golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine halo of white head. Aroma is huge phenolic medicinal,, tco, salt, green apple, gasoline. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, green veg, floral elderflower, low wheat, mellow phenols, tangy. Palate is soft, tangy, highish carbonation, some lingering cucumber. Weird one. Aroma and flavour completely different.
