Cryo Hop Sour IPA. Collaboration brew with Reketye Brew Co from Budapest and Heist Brew Co from Clowne, this is a beer where generous amounts of the powerful Cryo Simcoe and the delectable Mandarina Bavaria hops meet with mixed fermentation to make up this tart and very hop-forward treat. All giants welcome, gods also if they can behave.

Tried St the Peterborough Beer Festival. Cloudy bright orange colour with a thick white head. Aroma has vestry citrus lemon. Taste light sour. Smooth and drinkable body.

Keg at the Peterborough beer Festival 2019. A hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is tart citrus, wheat, bready grains verbena. Palate is semi sweet and tart, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet raw grains, zippy cittus, lemon, zesty finish. Good beer.

Tap at HBF2019, Helsinki. Colour is very cloudy light yellow with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, some lactic elements and malts. Not for me.

Keg at stockbridge tap.. Hazy yellow amber.. Thin white lacing.. Soft sharp lemon fruits.. Juicy zezty peach fruit.. Soft light tart lemon fruits

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - like a puddle, murky and yellow brown. Nose - like a New England IPA. Tropical and not much sign of bitter or sour. Taste - orange and a touch of mango. The sour note comes very late. Palate - tasty and refreshing. Medium bodied and the sourness comes very late to cleanse the palate. Overall - good gear and got better down the glass.
