The Sampler, Brooklyn bottle: pours copperish color with a white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, and flowers. Nice mellow hoppiness. Low sweetness. Ample malt backbone. Super clean and well balanced. An excellent example of the style.

Draught @ Albion. Slightly cloudy rich yellow with off-white foamy head, piney hops aroma, balanced hoppy taste with initial sweetness, medium carbonation, thin body, longish hoppy finish.Very smooth and balanced.

Wow, really good. Aroma is fresh hops with just right malt to balance. Flavor’s like nose but so much more; starting out with juicy hops, complimenting carbonation; followed by a strong but proportionate bitterness. Great body and a very pleasant finish. Super drinkable.

Pours a clear, light yellow, with smallish head that dissipates rapidly. Aroma is fresh, dank, with hints of citrus and pine. Flavor is marked by citrus notes and pine, but just a bit on the "off" side. Finish is kind of like rusty well water. Close, but not quite there.
