Betty’s Menagerie has a smooth malt body, smoothed out further by use of wheat and oats. A menagerie of USA, UK and NZ hops across multiple additions in the boil and whirlpool deliver a luscious aroma and excellent bitterness which provides good linger.

ABV: 4.1%. Clear medium yellow - orange amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt, toasted - fruit, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask-conditioned at Brigantes, York 21/10/2019. Golden in colour, with a tight, white, head. Citrus hops, tangerine fruits, biscuity malts and a moderately bitter finish. Good.
