Bottle from To Øl Deep cherry red colour emeritus a pinkish head. Aroma and taste have cherry. Sweet to tart taste. Full body.

On tap at BRUS, pours a clear bright dark pinkish red with a small pink head. Aroma reveals plenty of tart cherry skins and gentle lacto. Flavour is much more intense, with truckloads of moderately tart cherries, and with gentle lacto support. Really intense use of cherries. Fantastic cherry character here. Excellent.
