The pyramids may or may not have been built by aliens but this beer was definitely made by brewers. This fruited kettle sour features two pulpy little berries to make it look and taste just like an adult smoothie. Tart drippy berries mix perfectly with the approachable lemony acidity from the lactobacillus to make for a real latenight hedgerow delight.
Colour: pinky purple
Smell: freshly picked overripe berries
Taste: more of the above, berry tartness, creamy mouthfeel from fruit/yeast and malts. Lemon and a hint of pineapple on the end. Mosaic in there for a little bit of fun.

Keg at MS HW, 16/12/18. Light red pour with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tangy berries, straw, hedgerow, light acidic bimble, damp hay. Taste comprises tarte redcurrant, berry pips, damp cloth, red berry sherbets, dusty hops, grass, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modest puckering. A decent refreshing easy drinking sour.
