330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers, Graham!]. Opaque, darkest brown colour with huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty and chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, some cocoa, a touch of vanilla and lactose, minimally doughy overtones. Taste is roasty, dark malty, notes of coffee, some cocoa, a sweet-ish touch of lactose, vanilla. Watery texture, slightly dry, minimally repellent palate, medium to coarse, prickly, foamy carbonation. Nice coffee flavours, sadly rather overcarbonated - OK.

On cask at the Strait and Narrow Lincoln. Deep chocolate brown colour with an off white head. Aroma sweet coffee and so is the taste. Maybe to sweet. Smooth body.
