Galaxy Ekuanot

For our latest beer we tracked down the rare and elusive Galaxy hops from Aussie land, which brings a cornucopia of tropical fruit aroma goodness and matched it with one of our favourite U.S hops Eukanot which brings a complex array of aromatics, such as papaya, lime and eucalyptus. We used a neutral malt profile to accentuate the hops, using pale ale malt and flaked oats for mouthfeel, combined with a clean fermenting West Coast U.S yeast. Unfined, naturally hazy, vegan friendly.
