Dobry i bardzo wytrawny cydr. Kolor pomaranczowy, klarowny srednie nagazowanie. Zapach owocow cedrowych, oczywiscie jablek. Smak wyraznie kwaskowy, jablkowy, nieco octu jablkowego. Nie dla kazdego to cydr ze wzgledu a spora kwaskowosc, slodkosci niewiele. Bardzo przyjemna degustacja, polecam

Bottle. Small head with short duration. Color is golden - orange. Aroma and taste aresweet apples, sulphur, buttery notes and fruit.

Bottled@PBF2012. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some earth and mild yeastyness. Flavour is apples, some tart wood and mild earthy/yeasty notes. Very mouthdrying.

Bottled at PBF. Hazy pale golden, small head. Citric apple juice. Medium bodied with sprizy mouthfeel. Appleskin tartness, lemon peels. Fairly shallow.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear, golden cider with some white bubble formation. Apples, mashed apples, hints of sulphur and autumn orchard on the nose. The flavor has mealy apples and just a tad acidic flavor. Medium body with a decent astringency. Not very challenging and easy drinkable. 090822
