Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Banana and chocolate in the aroma and flavor. A kind of fluid banana split with caramel sauce. Wheaty sweet, licorice in the finish.

Bottle at home. Dark mahogany brown with very big fluffy dark beige head. Sour red berries, laurel, soft roast, cocoa, bit wood and herbs, more sour fruits. Medium sour and light bitter. Under medium bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation. It's obviously infected and wrong, but the end result is really not that bad as the sourness sort of works. But pfffff again an infected/sour beer from this brewery, they should just give up trying to make regular styles and focus on sour beers :-)

Bottle [from trade with bierkoning, thanks!] @ home shared with Thompson. Nearly opaque dark brown color, medium sized a bit soapy beige to light brown head that lasts for quite a long time. Smell and taste wheat, soft roast and a slight hint of milk chocolate in the background, initially a sweet hint but then a soft bitterness. Something weird in the flavor though that I can’t describe. Perhaps a distant herbal hint, or some kind of spice, anise liquorice or something. A bit fizzy carbonation. Interesting beer though.
