Strong, hoppy pale ale. Brewed with hops from four continents, including some rare South African gems, this beautifully balanced beer has a powerful hop punch but is backed with a firm biscuity malt base. Fittingly, with hops from the Rainbow nation, we've named it Iris.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
Tried at the Hop & Barley, Lincoln. Pale Yellow golden colour with a medium white head. Citrus light hoppy, and orange pith aroma and taste. medium body. Nice
