Mount Helix - Influenced by Californian Pale Ales, this beer is robustly hopped giving it an intense flavour that is undeniably more-ish. It is bursting with citrus, pine and floral overtones, which give way to a lightly toasted crisp malt base. England to San Diego in one sip.

From cask at the Dove Street Inn Spring Beer Festival, Ipswich. Pours dark golden with a small lasting white head. Aroma of hop, citrus fruit, light caramel, floral notes and a touch of chocolate. Medium to heavy sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slightly sticky texture, soft carbonation.
