Sampled from a 0.5l bottle from #734 that I stole from Cunningham when he wasn't looking. Hopefully he'll never find out - I sure as heck won't ever write that in this rating. In the glass this is a really cloudy straw yellow appearance. A small eventually sidesticking and islandy white head is also present. It smells kinda nice. A tad soapy hoppy bitter with lots of hay and some wheat sweetness. Light citrus is a present here. Smells nice. Tastes nice also. Really refreshing and easy to drink. It's not to impressive in the mouth but as a lightweighter it's not eatery at all. About average on the big bubbles. Hay and wheat sweetness. Some grassy punch also here. Draught at Tap10, Cph. Hazy, golden colour with an amber tint. Thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, peppers and a spicy note. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with pepper notes. An easy drinking Saison.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy amber with big white head. Aroma of sulfur, bananas, berries, mango, bread, citrus, phenols. Taste is funky bitter, long lasting bitter finish. Very dry. Thin to medium bodied.

Appearance: Murky light brown, some off-white head.
Aroma: Fruit, citrus, spices.
Taste: Good hops, followed by fruit and a nice calming bitterness. Spices. Very good.

Bottle on board Fridtjofen 27.07.15. Hazy straw colour. Foamy, white head and lacing. Aroma of citrus, coriander and pepper. Similar refreshing taste. Dry. Very well balanced with good drinkability.

Pale golden. Hazy, rich head. Yeasty and peppery aroma. Dry, fruity taste and balanced bitterness.

Bouteille 50cl, batch# 781, BB 30/06/2015. Dorée, col épais blanc. Arôme est fruité avec un rétro portant fièrement la signature belge de levure. On retrouve un côté rustique qui est ponctué par des effluves fruitées tirant vers les agrumes et un léger tropical - mangue. Palais est axé sur le fruité tropical tout en gardant les mêmes consonances que l’arôme à savoir un profil rustique bien belge sans pour cela se valoir d’une véritable saison hennuyère. On retrouve un profil centré sur les grains, une pointe d’amertume houblonnée arrive en fin de bouche et apporte avec elle un contraste bien fruité.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden straw colour with a huge, off-white, compact head. Pretty carbonated. Pale malt in the aroma along with hay, sweet corn, fruity Belgian yeast, pepper and some lemon. The flavour has more pale malt, herbs, grass, dry hay and grassy hops in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, and a balanced bitterness. Pretty tasteful and easy drinking beer. Well balanced and well brewed.

Bottle 500ml. [ As HaandBryggeriet India Saison ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, herbs, citrus, spicy hops, moderate yeasty, spicy yeast, fruity yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, yeasty, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140517]
