Bottle. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus, coriander, yeast. Flavour is citrus, coriander, yeast, orange, pine, spices. Medium body. Nice beer.

500 ml bottle @ Patricks. Unclear yellow/orange body with a nice and long lasting off-white head. I really like the aroma that truly mix the best from Saison and IPA. Lots of nice citric fruit with Saison spices, yeast and pepper. Flavor is nice and refreshing with citric fruit, light malt, yeast and spices. Body feels a bit thin, still a very impressive beer at only 4,5% ABV. A session India Saison? Could easily have a few of this one.

Flaske, batch # 756, fra HelgøMeny Hundvåg: klar, gylden med højt skum! Skummet varer og varer, og opp stiger en deilig syrligsur aroma av gjær og overmoden citrus. Herlig smak som også har litt krydder og en fin humlebalanse. En kjempegod øl i krysningspunktet mellom ipa og saison, og alt dette elegant og overbevisende innpakket i bare 4,5%.

Duft av høy, gjær og en anelse sitron. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Tykt skum som forsvinner etterhvert, heng langs kant. Fin frisk syrlig smak med en skarp ettersmaik.

Bottle, batch 734. Pours hazy light yellow with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is sweet with fruity peppery yeast, tropical hops with peaches, and orange peel, as well as floral notes, ginger and lemon grass. Medium body with creamy texture and soft to average carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeast and hops with peaches, lemon and orange peel as well as some malty notes of toffee and honey. Tart, semi dry, yeasty finish.

500ml bottle, Batch 734. Sampeled at Rating Session@Finn’s place 16.06.14. Sharp yellow unclear body with tiny head and spare lacing. Flowers, celery, lime, pineapple and a whiff of ginger, with fruit, reisin and coriander added in taste. Dry bitter finish. Thanks for sharing, Rune!

Many thanks to OleR for a 500ml bottle, batch 734, of this one. A wheat haze to a cloudy golden coloured body. Remaining, low, white layer. Fair lacing. Wheat, herbs, and citrusy hops on the nose. Fresh taste profile promoting sappy apricot, lemon and grassy hops on a backbone of wheat. Half dry, bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. A fresh thirst quencher, easy to drink. Summer feel (shared with friends at a rating session in Tromsø, Finns place 18.06.2014).
