Taste is slightly dry floral, hay, flowers, yeast, leafs, weeds, cardboard, citrus peel, grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough, not really my cup of tea.

Medium coarseish white head. Slightly hazy bright yellow body with carbonation. Peachy earthy mealy aroma with tropical fruit notes. Dry peachy tropical fruit taste with mealy papery notes. Mid-bodied. Faintly abrasive mouthfeel. Dry peachy papery aftertaste with earthy mealy minty notes. Nice for a 4.5, but the paper detracts a bit. Would probably be great at 5 or 5.5. Bottle. A hazy, golden beer with a rocky, white head leaving some curtains. The aroma has a pleasant saison yeast touch, with black pepper and orange peel. Pale malts, some orange peel and a faint pine cone touch. Medium to full body, semi-dry, and with a nice carbonation level. Orange peel, peppery hints, generic citrus peel, yeasty hints and some pale malts. Lasting fruity and peppery yeast finish. Sure a nice one, very easy drinkable and tasteful. True session style. 140509
