A creamy layer of beige foam crowns the intense black and opaque color of our Porter. The character of roasted malts invades the nose with complex aromas of coffee, cocoa, toasted almonds, licorice, black bread, vanilla and roasted caramel, among others. Despite its moderate graduation of 5% vol, in mouth it becomes silky and full, with amusing tufts and bitter flavours thanks to the toasted malts, followed by herbal notes from hops.

Dark brown with a creamy beige head. Aroma of burnt grains, berries and chocolate. Taste is mildly sweet up front. Dry and mildly bitter at the finish with grainy notes. Body is medium, texture slightly watery. Not bad.

Caña en el Lupulo Feroz Oviedo 27..02..2019. (r04). Color negro con espuma beige claro. Sabores maltosos y cereales algo tostados con ligeros toques cafés suaves. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber. Suaves amargos secos al final ligeramente torrefactos. Buena, para repetir.

Intransparent deep brown. Moderate beige head. Aroma: ground coffee, earth, roasted barley. Light to medium body. Dryish taste. Fairly roasty, lots of coffee, earth. Light plus bitterness. Thin body. No complains otherwise.

Tap at Ale&Hop. Almost totally black with creamy light brown head. Quite some roast, dark chocolate, soft ash, coffee, dry grains, light mineral notes, light watery grassy finish. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with watery and dry finish. Actually a pretty nice classic porter.
