Der Asengott Heimdall ist der Wächter über Bifröst, der Regenbogenbrücke welche Midgard, die Welt der Menschen mit Asgard, der Welt der Götter verbindet. Er begrüßt dort die gefallenen Krieger, die als Einherjer nach Walhalla einziehen.

Mit dieser Rezeptur aus handwerklich gebrautem Bier und edlem Honigwein werden die müden Geister wieder zum Leben erweckt. Der Trank ist stark, süffig und dennoch wohnt ihm eine feine Bittere inne, die wie eine Wehklage über das Ende des Lebens in Midgard mitschwingt. Trinkt umsichtig! Dieses Biermischgetränk ist naturbelassen, weder filtriert noch pasteurisiert. Bitte daher stets kühl und dunkel lagern.

Flasche 0,33l: Bernstein, Orange, glasklar, feinperlig, sehr kräftiger stabiler feinporiger Schaum; frische Nase, kräftige Süße, fruchtig, Honig, Blüten, florale Noten, fruchtiger Met, helle Früchte, sehr dezente fruchtige Hopfennoten; sehr süßer + fruchtiger Körper, würziger Honig, Malz, Malzzucker, cremig, deutliche Kohlensäure, leichte Hefenoten; angenehmer fruchtig-süßer Nachgang

Draught at KCBD18. Strange spicy aroma, chili? Cloudy light copper colour. Small stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is bready and slightly sweet with a dry, dusty spice note.

Draught @ KCBD18. Pours hazy amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast (brett?) with notes of malt and some hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour wit sweetish notes of malt, honey and yeast. Dusty aftertaste with hints of malt. Not bad.

330ml bottle. cloudy, orangey, faint golden colour with averge, frothy to macropore, diminishing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, minimally sugary, watery honey aroma. Taste is minimally sweet malty, slightly dry herbal hoppy, hints of honey, a touch of mint; bitter herbal-hoppy and minimally alcoholic finish; quite watery and restricted.

And again thanks to Jan-Gerd and Kristall-König for that 0,33 l bottle. Unclear golden like honey with a lot of smallest visible sediments in the glass. Short white foamy head. Some sweet malt on the nose, maybe again honey. Taste starts with honey and scratching sweetness. Malt in the second row. Increasing alcoholic sharpness. Like a Heller Bock.

Aroma: Fruity sweetness with caramel and herbs. Flavour: Fruity sweetness with herbs and nutty notes. Aftertaste is sweet with little bitterness. Colour: Cloudy amber with an offwhite head.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Wacken Beer Heimdalls Willkomm ].[ Trade by Rasmus40 ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity, honey, fruity honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, pale malt, fruity honey, light tart fruity honey taste. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170403] 5-3-5-3-11

Clear golden color with a fine white head. Lively bubbles in the glass. Good intensity in the aroma with a noticeable honey profile. Medium (+) body and an ok carbonation level. Tad sweet and a decent lasting flavor. Honey, some spices and caramel malty flavor.
