We’re exploring another lesser known style with Rorschach. Fermented cold and lagered for over 7 weeks Rorschach is full of smooth chocolate, raisin, and coffee flavours. Finishes clean and surprisingly light to make it extremely drinkable for a dark beer.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Dark brown body with a beige head. Faint lacing. Aroma of nuts and Marmite. Flavour of caramel, espresso and Worcester sauce. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Smooth and full flavoured.

Can from Hoptimism. Off black colour with a tan head. Aroma and taste are roasted malty coffee and moderately. Slight dry finish. Smooth full body.
