Bottle 0,5l. A bit cloudy, orange amber colored. AROMA- coriander, lightly sweet, honey, maple syrup, malt, grain. FLAVOR- quite dry, honey and caramel, malt, coriander, warming alcohol presence. Full bodied.

Bottled (as Bohemian Winter Ale), from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with some coriander. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded muthfeel. Coriander and honey. Fairly low bitterness.

Bottle. Clear yellowish golden with thick white foam, disspiates quickly leaving lots of lacings. Aroma is sugar, yeast, citrus, gum, hay, alcohol. Taste is malty, bready, citrus, green apple, grassy bitterness and alcohol towards the end. Medium to big body, medium carbo with sharp bubbles, sticky texture. A big beer, could be better balanced.

Bottle shared with TO, JU and NH in room at Hotel Allvet, Vyskov, Czech Republic. Golden. Diminishing off-white head. Sweet aroma with small, white head. Similar taste, also with bananas and a hint of coriander.

Orange color with a big thick white head. Smell is yeast, something grassy, candi sugar and even a not very pleasant chewing gum smell. Taste is sweet but balanced, but the alcohol taste is to strong, overwhelming the rest in my opinion. Low carbonation. Not bad, but not my beer.

F: big off-white. C: a little hazy gold/amber. A: malt, caramel, herbal, coriander, yeast. T: honey, banana, coriander, bar leaf, toffee, some cinnamon tones, malt, grassy hops finish, very good but for this style something more should be there.
