75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, no head. Aroma is light grassy and zesty apples. Sweet. Fruity, sweet and juicy. Mello fruity finish.

750 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours clear goldenish orange with a huge fizzy goldenish white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with tart apples, rubber, apple jam, lemon juice, dry soil, wood, barnyard, green grapes and hay. Taste is sweet and fruity with ripe apples, rubber, wood, vanilla, tart pears, barnyard, dry soil and smoked meats. Mouthfeel is round, fruity tart, slightly dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tart with ripe apples, lemon zest, rubber, apple jam, dark grapes and wood. Very nice tasty quencher.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass - corked. [ Vintage 2010 ]. [ Courtesy of fiulijn ]. Sparkling and clear medium to dark orange colour with a large to huge, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, astring, wood, horse blanket, sweet apples, dry apples, apple skin. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, wood, apple, dry, apple sugar, sweet apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is fla. [20120617]

Beautiful color, bright gold-orange, hazy, with small but persistent collar of foam, and fine perlage. Wonderful fat aroma of apple skins, wood. Sweet flavor, with good apple juice and apple skins, high tannins and very high astringency, providing the required degree of complexity.
An excellent sweet-tannic cider, one of the best I ever tried.
