Bottled (2015 vintage). Golden colour with a small white head, which vanishes fast. Rich tickling carbonation. Aroma is some nectar, apple jam, green apple skins as well as some vanilla and mild wooden notes. Flavour is sweet apples, some funk, mild yeast and vanillaas well as some slight toffee tones. Very nice and rather bodied as well.

Had it with a galette: golden, clear pour with the right amount of carbonisation. Aromas of sweet apple, some caramel/toffee, some wood (oak?). Taste is full of sweeter apples, but in a good way, plus some cake, even a hint of spices. Very nice.
Paired with moose stew with funnel chanterelles, apples and carrot. Amazing sweet cider affair!

Glass at the cidery that the owner gave us to welcome new guests for a few minutes while he was tending to something else. Clear beautiful deep golden with small bubbles. Nose has dry cellar and very old dry wood. Aroma is deep sweet apple, caramel even, leather, more old wood. Quite sweet, light tart. Full bodied with soft sparkly carbonation. Amazing, this is incredibly good. Best sweet cider I’ve ever had, almost like ice cider.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle poured into a white wine glass. Clear light orange with big white head. Aroma is rich Apple, medium body, well carbonated, and some lacing. Taste is rich apples. Rich flavor, but super easy to drink. My favorite cider so far, I think so.
