Ebrel est une bière rousse, créée à partir d’un riche mélange de malts d’orge et de sarrasin. Peu d’amertume.

Bottle at Café Theodore. Bit hazy light amber with white head. Caramel, soft bready, spicy grains, Christmas bread, wheat, cloves. Medium sweet and under medium bitter. Medium bodied. Nothing wrong here, fairly decent ambree.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a rich, off-white head. Nose has vague caramel and a hint of phenols and metal. Medium body, incredibly flawed: moldy, phenollic, metallic and tart - sweet Jesus this is bad! BB is 030719 - so that one day too many must've spoiled it! 040719
