Dark amber, top fermentation beer, dark & burnt malts causes coffe – caramel expression. Low bitterness makes this beer delicate in a sense.

500ml bottle. Clear chestnut colour with small, creamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, sulphureous head. Slightly herbal and citrusy hoppy aroma, a floral touch, mellow malty background with hints of fruitcake. Taste is slightly dry, toasty and bready malty, hints of roasted brown bread, red berries, fruitcake, a touch of plum; lasting dry, toasty, almost a bit smoky finish with subtle, residual, fruity sweetness.

0,5l bottle at home. BB 17/09/2016. dark brown / redish light hazy color, small off-white head. smells of tobacco, caramel, spices, light peppery, honey. ok smell, but i prefer some hops. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of light caramel, honey, tobacco, spices, light peppery, light grassy and some light exotic fruits. finishes lightly bitter with notes of caramel, honey, spices and some light hoppy notes. quite well made & enjoyable, great for what it is, but overall a bit too malt heavy for me.
