Une IPA sans amertume excessive, qui privilégie les houblons aromatiques alsaciens, infusés à froid pour préserver tous leurs arômes.

Thanks Vincent for this bottle. Trying and enjoying it, on wednesday, at Bonfol, enjoying a free moment. For me, it was a right and fair ipa, well balanced, dry malt, floral note of pine tree, bitter, citrus, easy to drink, 19.05.23

Clear amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of reddish, caramel, raisins. Taste of caramelized red malt, some berries, dried fruits, spicy bitter hops.

Bottle shared at Camille’s birthday. Hazy dark golden with fluffy white head. Dry bready malts, yeast, flowery, soft grass, milky grains, light citrus, weird herbs, some creamy off notes. Medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Medium bodied.
