Bottle sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces homebrew market. Hazy golden with white head. Funk, sour passion fruit, soft sulphur, lemon, hay, mineral notes. Quite sour, light bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Lots of nice passionfruit, but also quite sour. Wouldn't drink a whole bottle of this, though it's great to have a small glass.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with whitw head. Aroma is passion fruit. Taste is passion fruit, decent funk, barn, yoghurt, nice tartness. Mineraly mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Great! But I am a passion fruit lover.

0,05l from bottle at mbcc green. yellow murky color, small white head. smells strong of passion fruit, citric, bit peachy, lovely smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of passion fruit, peach, earthy, citric, grassy, bit peppery. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of passion fruit, peach and citric notes. very nice one, rather on the dry side 9, 4, 8, 4, 16

ABV: 6.0%. Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow colour with a small, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity yeast, apricot - passion fruit, peach, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, tart, passion fruit, apricot - peach, barnyard, sweet malt, wheat - light mineral, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to sparkling. [20190511]
