Château to piwo szczególne. Pionierski projekt, którego początki sięgają 2013 roku. Młode piwo, prosto z fermentacji, trafiło do sprowadzonych z Francji beczek po winie. Pomysł szybko okazał się początkiem serii. Kolejne warki wychodzą w nieregularnych odstępach. Château potrzebuje czasu. Dojrzewa niespiesznie. Wersja 2021 spędziła w dębowych beczkach ponad 24 miesiące. W aromacie wyczuwamy nuty dębiny, czerwonych owoców i rodzynek. W smaku owoce uzupełnia wanilia. Dzikie kultury drożdży i bakterii nadały Château przyjemną kwaśność i nieprzeciętny charakter. Aromat i smak wymykają się tu tradycyjnemu myśleniu o piwie. Daj się zaskoczyć!

Bottle shared. Hazy brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of overripe dark fruits, oak, tart red berries, vinous notes and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to kermis. Hazy mahogany with off white head. Old cherries, quite some oak, red wine indeed, bitter grape skins, black currants, some earthy dead leaves. Under medium sweet and sour and medium bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lots of nice oak here.

Bottle (from etre). Pours copper-brown. Aroma is sour, vinegar, fruits, oaky. Flavor is sour, sweet, oaky, malty, some berries, bit acidic, tannins, red wine. Body is thin. Finish has some booze warmth. Overall: very good.

Dark amber color with a fine thick tan head. Solid lacing. Looks great. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium (+) body and fine smooth carbonation level. Pleasant balance between sweetness and acidity/sourness. Toffee, dried fruit, mild vinegar, oak and vinous flavor. Nice tasty stuff!

Draught at MBCC. Red Session. Dark brown body, clingy lacing, filmy layer. Berry skins and brown malty nose. Blended taste profile of brown malts, oak and lightly tart cherries. Prolonged ending. Satisfying. (Copenhagen 13.05.2017).
