Bokkereyder Barrique 2017 at MCBT. Glowing orange with an almost maple aroma, medium to full bodied with a semi-sharp finish. Acidic but balanced, and really tasty. The finish has tannic oaky acidic notes. 3.9

hazy amber color. Lovely dry nose of sultans, green apples, oak, olorosso in the nose. Slightly heavier and less dry than other Bokkereyder beers. Good carbonation. Excellent oak, green apples but tartness is removing the enamel on teeth. Excellent

Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Tokyo, Yellow Session. Creamy orange with light foam. Nose is soft and autumny. Lambic as it should be. Soft and tart. Good oak and cherry wood. Tart overall, naturally tasty. Dry funk in the finish. Super well balanced, enjoyable.

Bottle pour into a taster at MBCT showing well filtered brown with sparse white foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of brett funk with lighter notes of nut and wood on the edges. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tartness reined in back by the sherry barrels. Mostly lambic and brett forward with lighter notes of wood and nut throughout to frame the beer.

Bottle pour at CBC - pour gold white head - nose and taste of sherry, funk, oak, lemon, mineral funky farmhouse notes. Lovely, well balanced. Sherry hits in the nose and blends perfectly with the lambic before coming in strong at the back end. Medium body
