Billie’s ‘19. Fairly hazy orange with a ring off white head. Aroma of funk, oak and tart apricot. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Really tart but not mouth wateringly tart, super apricot flavor, nice buzz and ale-y lingering mouthfeel

Aroma: bit sweet, fruity, peaches and apricots, some honey, nice oxidation going one here. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: dry start, fruity, bit floral, yellow stone fruit, yeasty, soft acidity, decent! Aftertaste: bit spicy, yeast, fruity notes, bit dry, herbal, ok.

Refreshing stuff!

Bottle(s) shared. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Classic notes of the fantome lambic blend. Lots of esters, sweet fruit, low acidity, oaky, lightly funky. Bigboi!

Shared bottle. Hazy orange color with small tan head. Aroma of apricots, oranges, funk. Very juicy, fruity taste with vinous notes. Very ničení beer.

Bottle. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, fruity, massive apricots, citrus, funk, bitter. Overall: great.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Apricot in the slightly herbal, milky aroma. Vinegar and apricots in the vinous, sourish flavor. Fantome Saison with apricots is probably not the best combination, but the lambic saves the beer.
