Flaska från Jonas, drucken blint. 2018. Backlog. Svår att ringa in i början. Trots att just de röda persikorna är så oerhört smakrika hade jag svårt att hitta vilken frukt det var. Möjligen att åldern gjort att det lagt sig något. Mycket gott fortfarande.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson. Reddish clear color (only first pour was clear), small white head. Smells of vineyard peach, apricots, super Juicy, parfumy, some barrel, lovely and subtle smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes vanilla, peaches, apricots, jammy, barrel, grapes, light tannins. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of peaches, apricots and vanilla notes. Very nice one, super smooth to drink, super subtle balance 9,4,9, 4,18

750ml bottle @ Mikkeller CPH, Copenhagen Airport. Smooth, balanced, vinous, peaches, apricot, funky farmyardy notes and maltiness. Good one. Super well balanced.

Very nice pjassel iteration. Not as rubbery as I remember the base. Soft, clean and tasty.
Apricot peach goodness. 4.6
